About the Role

The individual in this role will collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach, identify new sales prospects, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Support channel partners with product information and sales enablement tools
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure seamless customer coverage
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
  • Stay current on product offerings and market trends
  • Assist in onboarding new partners to the sales ecosystem
  • Coordinate pricing and quoting with internal stakeholders
  • Resolve customer concerns related to order fulfillment or service delivery
  • Participate in sales training and development programs
  • Track performance metrics and report on key sales indicators
  • Support marketing initiatives targeted at channel partners
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer data and sales pipelines
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and customers
  • Promote value-added services to enhance customer engagement
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT or technology distribution
  • Prior work in inside sales or phone-based selling
  • Certifications in sales methodology or CRM systems
  • Exposure to partner relationship management
  • Bilingual communication skills
