Responsibilities
- Produce polished desktop publishing deliverables using strong technical knowledge and design capabilities
- Maintain precision, uniformity, and adherence to brand standards in all documentation and visual content
- Handle intricate page layouts, typesetting in multiple languages, and preparation of files for digital and print distribution
- Serve as a recognized expert in the desktop publishing domain
- Collaborate with teams across departments to support project goals
- Guide and train entry-level team members to improve team performance
- Lead initiatives to refine workflows, boosting productivity and quality of client outputs

- Willingness to work night shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM India time
- Demonstrates strong cognitive ability and the capacity to make autonomous decisions
- Has prior experience organizing and conducting training sessions for team members
- Persistent and inventive in resolving challenges, with advanced analytical skills
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, email systems, MS Office suite, and internet usage
