Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level integrations using the Workato ONE platform to support intelligent automation of business workflows
- Develop and sustain deep API connections across a wide range of enterprise applications, including mission-critical systems such as ERP and CRM platforms
- Utilize AI-driven automation features in Workato to enhance process efficiency, system resilience, and predictive operational improvements
- Create standardized integration patterns, reusable frameworks, and governance policies that support both human-driven and automated processes at scale
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to collect requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, evaluate return on investment, and convert complex needs into technical solutions
- Lead integration projects from initial concept through to deployment, including sprint planning, code reviews, and delivery ownership
- Serve as a senior escalation point for integration issues, ensuring system reliability, proactive monitoring, alerting, and timely incident resolution

Compensation
Up to $165,000 - $200,000 base salary plus bonus; final offer based on applicant's expertise, education, skills, internal equity, and market data
