CVS Health / Oak Street Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, Provider Data Services- Bulk loading

At CVS Health, we are building a world of health around every individual. As a Senior Analyst, Provider Data Services - Bulk Loading, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of provider data for network and non-network providers, ensuring proper reimbursement and member access.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain provider demographic and contractual data for all network and non-network providers.
  • Ensure all provider information is accurately recorded and maintained for reimbursement and member directory listings.
  • Develop and maintain standards for database integrity, corrective actions, and alignment.
  • Provide support for baseline provider data transactions that cannot be administered automatically.
  • Perform baseline demographic transaction updates in provider system applications to support claim adjudication and provider directories.
  • Perform intake triage and respond to network inquiries, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide ongoing department support through research and analysis to resolve concerns raised by providers and internal/external customers.
  • Conduct audits of provider information and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Automate and manually load, maintain, and resolve all new and revised participating provider data transactions, from basic to complex.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • 1-3 years of Provider Data Services background.
  • 1-3 years of Network background.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas and VLOOKUPs.
  • 1+ years of QNXT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and data issues.
  • Ability to assist team members.
  • Ability to offer process improvement ideas.
