About the Role

In this position, you will play a key part in supporting executive decision-making by organizing and maintaining financial operations across multiple business units. As a Senior Analyst, your work will directly influence service management and cost oversight for utility operations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and terminate utility services by coordinating directly with service providers across the U.S.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to collect and verify documentation needed for service setup or closure.
  • Monitor and process monthly utility invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Manage security deposits—arranging payments when services begin and facilitating refunds upon termination.

What You’ll Need

A completed undergraduate degree in any field is required. You must be open to working on a rotational schedule, including night shifts. Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—are essential, as is the capacity to work with precision in a high-speed environment. You should be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and committed to maintaining accuracy under tight timelines.

Preferred Background

Experience in mortgage services is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and Word, will support your success in managing data and documentation.
