Responsibilities
- Contribute to early-stage evaluation of potential acquisition targets, including negotiating confidentiality agreements and compiling financial models and business justifications
- Keep an updated record of prospective companies and team acquisitions, manage a pipeline summary presentation, and provide regular progress updates to leadership and investors
- Assist in due diligence efforts by collecting data, performing analysis, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Lead and support internal transaction-related workflows and analytical requirements
- Develop business proposals, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership review
- Help design and launch new business ventures and corporate growth initiatives
- Support legal teams in negotiating and finalizing transaction documentation
- Collaborate with integration specialists to advance key post-deal workstreams
- Track and report on integration progress and business performance after transactions to confirm alignment with strategic goals
