Role Overview
Join a forward-thinking Finance Transformation team focused on integrating artificial intelligence and advanced technologies into core financial processes. As a Senior Analyst, you'll help shape how AI solutions are identified, developed, and deployed across the organization. You'll work closely with leadership and business units to turn strategic objectives into actionable technology initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of AI strategies in Finance by helping transition proof-of-concept projects into scalable, enterprise-wide deployments.
- Partner with business teams to uncover high-impact AI use cases, evaluating their practicality, potential return, and associated risks.
- Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory, privacy, and ethical guidelines through close collaboration with compliance and technical stakeholders.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of AI implementations and identify opportunities for refinement.
- Contribute to the creation of AI roadmaps and provide regular progress updates to management teams.
- Maintain strong connections with internal departments and external vendors to stay current on emerging AI trends and industry practices.
- Support organizational change by assisting with training, communication, and adoption strategies for new AI tools and systems.
- Remain actively engaged with advancements in AI and machine learning to promote continuous improvement within the team’s approach.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical experts to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing workflows.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a solid foundation in data-driven technologies and business transformation. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field is required. At least four years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, automation, or technology-led business change is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. Experience working across departments and managing stakeholder expectations is critical. You should be able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences and possess a deep understanding of financial systems and processes.
Familiarity with real-world applications of machine learning, data modeling, and AI methodologies is required. Adaptability in fast-moving environments and a proven ability to deliver results through collaboration are key success factors.
A master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
