Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing support and upkeep of Microsoft Dynamics platforms across the organization
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical challenges within Microsoft Dynamics to maintain system reliability and performance
- Establish and promote effective methodologies for application support, maintenance, and performance tuning
- Work with diverse teams to detect opportunities for process refinement and system improvements
- Offer expert technical direction and coaching to less experienced team members
- Oversee and organize support requests, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution
- Perform routine evaluations of system health and ongoing performance metrics
- Develop and keep current detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures
- Contribute to planning and delivering system updates and new deployments
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving Microsoft Dynamics features and associated technologies
