Responsibilities
- Oversee the ongoing support and upkeep of Microsoft Dynamics applications across the organization
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems within Microsoft Dynamics to maintain high system availability and performance
- Design and apply effective strategies for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing application performance
- Work with diverse teams to find opportunities for process refinement and system improvements
- Offer expert technical advice and support to less experienced team members
- Supervise and organize incoming support requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions
- Perform routine evaluations of system performance and stability
- Develop and keep updated detailed records of configurations, workflows, and operational procedures
- Engage in planning and delivering system updates and new deployments
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies
