Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive software development experience using Python or comparable programming languages.
- Direct experience working with Generative AI tools, APIs, and current large language model (LLM) ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI Agents and agent-based workflows using techniques such as Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, AI Steering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Proven background in LLMOps, including observability, tracing, and evaluation frameworks for LLMs.
- Solid knowledge of AI security, including safeguards, defenses against prompt injection, and secure data handling.
- Experience in Agent-to-Agent (A2A) interactions and Agent Coordination Protocol (ACP).
- Track record deploying AI systems across the full software development lifecycle, from design through production and monitoring.
- Understanding of short- and long-term memory mechanisms in AI agents.
- Experience operating in cloud-native infrastructure environments.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capacity to work autonomously while contributing collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with reasoning methodologies including Chain of Thought and ReAct.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI platforms and multi-agent orchestration tools such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Experience optimizing large language models, fine-tuning, and deploying inference pipelines in production.
- Background in building custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Understanding of Knowledge Graphs and Hybrid RAG architectures.
- Experience creating and managing LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Experience monitoring AI systems for performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.
