Responsibilities
- Drive full lifecycle machine learning initiatives across the organization, delivering production-grade models, LLM-powered agents, and automated workflows that enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort in key departments.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to define problem scope, assess potential impact, and convert operational processes into quantifiable outcomes.
- Handle end-to-end technical execution in machine learning, including data exploration, feature development, model training, performance validation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Manage the complete model lifecycle with a focus on system reliability and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Establish and promote best practices in data integrity and machine learning standards while providing technical mentorship to junior AI and ML engineers.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ML development across BRKZ. Build and deploy production models, LLM agents, and data-driven workflows that improve accuracy and cut manual work across Finance, Credit, Procurement, and Operations.
- Scope problems with Product and Ops, size impact, and turn workflows into measurable gains.
- Cover full-stack ML engineering and applied data science: data analysis, feature engineering, modelling, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Own model lifecycle, reliability, and PDPL compliance.
- Guide standards for data quality and ML practices. Mentor ML and AI engineers.
