Responsibilities
- Design and manage AI-enhanced automation systems, internal utilities, and integrations across SaaS and cloud environments.
- Develop scripts, APIs, and small-scale applications with support from AI-powered development tools.
- Leverage AI coding assistants, autonomous agents, and model control platforms to speed up software creation and process innovation.
- Create automated workflows for managing user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, access controls, and data sync.
- Develop and scale workflow automation using platforms like n8n to connect SaaS apps, APIs, AI services, and internal systems.
- Establish and support integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, event-based logic, and serverless cloud functions.
- Build AI-supported tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational transparency for technical and non-technical teams.
- Spot opportunities where artificial intelligence, large language models, and automation can minimize manual tasks and improve data integrity.
- Generate operational dashboards and reports by integrating data from multiple sources through automated pipelines.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, security, finance, and business units to define requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Investigate new AI technologies, automation frameworks, and engineering practices to promote adoption within IT operations.

- This position is fully remote within Bulgaria, with the option to work in person at the Sofia office.
