Responsibilities
- Create autonomous agents powered by large language models capable of strategic planning, reasoning, tool integration, and breaking down complex tasks over time.
- Develop agents with rich memory and contextual awareness that leverage structured data, external APIs, and conversation history to improve performance.
- Construct scalable orchestration systems using frameworks like LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Google ADK, and CrewAI to manage end-to-end fundraising workflows across distributed services.
- Establish communication protocols between agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable dynamic task delegation and tool sharing across specialized functions.
- Design cloud-native, microservice-based infrastructure for deploying agents using Docker and Kubernetes, with full observability and cloud integration on AWS or GCP.
- Ensure high availability, monitoring, and resilience in agent systems handling large-volume fundraising operations.
- Develop advanced prompting techniques and memory structures, along with vector and graph databases, to maintain context over extended interactions and campaign durations.
- Design and refine integrations with vector and graph databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB to support semantic search and memory retention in agents.
- Build tailored agentic systems for applications in campaign narrative development, performance optimization, and donor interaction.
- Create custom agent architectures from the ground up to solve domain-specific challenges in fundraising, incorporating tool use and integrations with APIs and knowledge graphs.
- Develop and scale evaluation pipelines for large language models, combining automated testing with human feedback loops.
- Integrate principles of safety, fairness, transparency, and interpretability into agent behaviors and decision processes.
- Deploy real-time safeguards and audit trails to monitor and regulate agent actions and ensure compliance.
