Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure adherence to company policies and external regulations
- Handle cost accounting, financial planning, and project-specific tracking for construction and logistics operations
- Produce and verify monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and management summaries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including prompt billing, collections, and vendor statement reconciliation
- Oversee bank statement reconciliations, cash flow projections, and daily treasury operations
- Review and administer project cost assignments, inventory valuations, and depreciation of equipment
- Support internal and external audit readiness and prepare tax compliance documentation
- Establish and uphold reliable accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls
- Work with operations and procurement departments to maintain accurate financial records for shipments, imports, materials, and project expenditures
- Deliver financial insights and strategic suggestions to enhance cost efficiency and profitability
