Responsibilities
- Developing existing and new client partnerships, ensuring mutual value and long-term cooperation
- Understanding client objectives, metrics, and structures to address business challenges
- Representing client interests internally, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Building growth strategies and optimizing ROI across GR8 Tech product lines
- Contributing ideas and feedback to improve the platform, products, and services
- Supporting onboarding of new clients and presenting product updates and roadmaps
- Conducting regular business reviews, performance evaluations, and satisfaction surveys
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and documenting them in CRM
- Resolving commercial and operational issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining proactive communication on issue status and progress
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, CRM, and Development teams
- Participating in industry events and conferences to engage clients and expand market knowledge
