Responsibilities
- Onboard new partners by supplying essential tools and information for platform activation
- Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure superior commercial and customer service
- Collect partner feedback to enhance experiences for both partners and end customers while addressing challenges
- Lead new business opportunities to successful deal closures
- Boost platform visibility through coordinated marketing efforts and promotional materials
- Increase revenue via commission adjustments and upselling of value-added services
- Analyze reasons for partner disengagement and develop follow-up strategies for reactivation
- Enhance partner operations to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets set by leadership
- Monitor and project key account performance indicators
- Collaborate actively with team members in a learning-focused environment to support professional growth
Responsibilities
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them with all the necessary tools and information to start working
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients to deliver the highest level of commercial and customer service to our partners
- Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle problems to raise the bar
- Drive deals to closure in a new business environment
- Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
- Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets plans
- Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners
- Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
- Forecast and track key account metrics
