About the Role
This position leads the sales process for integrated logistics services, targeting new business opportunities and expanding existing client engagements through consultative selling and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for warehousing and contract logistics offerings
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in targeted markets
- Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet client-specific operational needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth trends and competitive positioning
- Present proposals and pricing models to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements
- Drive revenue targets through strategic account planning
- Coordinate cross-functional resources during client onboarding
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions
- Stay current on supply chain and logistics industry developments
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Support the development of case studies and sales collateral
- Work with operations teams to ensure seamless service transitions
- Advocate for client needs within the organization
- Manage multiple accounts with varying service scopes
- Deliver regular performance updates to leadership
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress
- Align sales strategies with regional and product objectives
- Respond to RFPs and formal procurement processes
- Identify risks in client engagements and recommend mitigation strategies
- Promote long-term client retention through value-added services
