Iron Mountain is hiring a Senior Account Executive - Warehousing & Contract Logistics

About the Role

This position leads the sales process for integrated logistics services, targeting new business opportunities and expanding existing client engagements through consultative selling and solution design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for warehousing and contract logistics offerings
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in targeted markets
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet client-specific operational needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth trends and competitive positioning
  • Present proposals and pricing models to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements
  • Drive revenue targets through strategic account planning
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources during client onboarding
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions
  • Stay current on supply chain and logistics industry developments
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Support the development of case studies and sales collateral
  • Work with operations teams to ensure seamless service transitions
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization
  • Manage multiple accounts with varying service scopes
  • Deliver regular performance updates to leadership
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress
  • Align sales strategies with regional and product objectives
  • Respond to RFPs and formal procurement processes
  • Identify risks in client engagements and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Promote long-term client retention through value-added services

Compensation
