About the Role

This role is responsible for growing revenue by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients through proactive account planning and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities within current client portfolios
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records

  • Negotiate contracts and renewals

  • Address client concerns proactively
  • Utilize data to guide account strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Support marketing initiatives aligned with account goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage pipeline accuracy and deal progression
  • Act as a client advocate internally
  • Promote long-term contract stability
  • Deliver post-sale support coordination
