About the Role

This role is responsible for managing high-impact social media campaigns that deliver unique, joyful interactions for audiences. The individual will oversee client relationships, campaign strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of social media campaigns centered on surprise and delight concepts
  • Develop campaign strategies that foster emotional connections with target audiences
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design original, shareable content experiences
  • Manage client communications and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across departments
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and engagement metrics
  • Provide clients with detailed reports and insights on campaign outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaign impact through innovation
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal production teams
  • Oversee budget allocation and expenditure tracking for assigned accounts
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer strategic recommendations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform updates
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in digital content
  • Manage multiple accounts without compromising quality or deadlines
  • Drive client retention through exceptional service delivery
  • Support onboarding of new clients and transition processes
  • Work closely with PR and marketing teams to align messaging
  • Escalate risks and issues promptly with mitigation plans
  • Train junior team members on best practices and workflows
  • Optimize processes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Represent the team in client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Evaluate third-party vendors and partners for campaign support
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign plans and results
