About the Role

This position leads client acquisition and revenue expansion within designated markets by leveraging deep industry insight and solution-based selling techniques to support long-term account development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers
  • Deliver customized solution proposals aligned with client objectives

  • Drive renewal and expansion within existing accounts

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Engage clients through consultative selling methodologies
  • Navigate organizational structures to influence buying decisions
  • Address client challenges with data-backed recommendations
  • Represent the organization at industry events and meetings
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Leverage CRM tools for account planning and tracking
  • Align solution value with measurable business outcomes
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deal terms
  • Support onboarding and transition to delivery teams
  • Act as a client advocate internally
  • Identify expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Maintain compliance with sales processes and policies
  • Participate in performance review and development planning
  • Contribute to strategic account planning initiatives
  • Promote client retention through ongoing engagement
