Responsibilities
- Achieve new customer acquisition targets under a defined quota for net new bookings.
- Collaborate with clients across designated industries to assess their business and technical needs and align them with appropriate platform solutions in security, marketing, sales, and support.
- Partner with finance, legal, deal operations, and internal teams to structure contracts that meet client expectations while supporting organizational goals.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and innovative thinking, using strong communication abilities to clearly explain complex technical, financial, and contractual concepts to build trust with prospects.
- Manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously while maintaining deal momentum.
- Collaborate across departments including marketing, partners, product, and finance to shape long-term sales strategies and territory planning.
- Serve as a customer advocate by conveying feedback and insights to product development and carrier relations teams.
- Develop deep expertise in customer engagement technologies, track industry trends, and share knowledge internally and with clients.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM tools.
