Responsibilities
- Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendo’s most strategic segment
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close
- Consistently deliver $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans
- Position Pendo’s AI-powered Data & Analytics platform as a critical driver of digital transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
Requirements
- Strong track record of closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise SaaS deals
- Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organisations
- Background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions
- Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
- Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven
- Fluent German and professional English
