Pendo is hiring a Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendo’s most strategic segment
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close
  • Consistently deliver $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans
  • Position Pendo’s AI-powered Data & Analytics platform as a critical driver of digital transformation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management

Requirements

  • Strong track record of closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise SaaS deals
  • Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organisations
  • Background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
  • Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven
  • Fluent German and professional English
