Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incoming leads and demonstration requests, assess prospect fit, and determine follow-up actions
- Track and maintain all leads, potential deals, and sales activities within the CRM system
- Guide potential customers through the sales pipeline using phone calls, emails, text messages, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct online product demonstrations, address concerns, and assist with pricing conversations
