About the Role

This role leads high-priority client accounts with a focus on strategic planning, relationship management, and cross-functional execution to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage primary relationships with major clients
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals
  • Coordinate across creative, media, and data teams to ensure integrated solutions
  • Oversee campaign performance and deliver regular insights to stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Manage client budgets and ensure financial accountability
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications
  • Supervise account teams and delegate tasks effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Drive client reporting and presentation quality
  • Ensure timely delivery of all account commitments
  • Foster strong internal collaboration across departments
  • Lead pitch teams for new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and scope of work agreements
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
  • Translate client objectives into actionable plans
  • Guide team members on client priorities and expectations
  • Maintain documentation of account strategies and decisions
  • Support onboarding of new clients and transitions
  • Champion client-first thinking across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards
  • Manage escalations and resolve service issues promptly
  • Promote innovation in client solutions and service delivery
  • Contribute to long-term account planning and roadmaps
  • Represent the account in executive-level discussions
