League is hiring a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the account-based experience strategy for a designated market, defining tactics across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many account tiers and guiding cross-functional execution.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, content, product, marketing, sales, and business development teams to create unified campaigns integrating digital content, direct mail, events, and sales outreach.
  • Partner with sales and business development to define target accounts, align on business goals, and co-create tailored engagement approaches.
  • Design comprehensive ABX campaign plans and playbooks outlining strategic focus, audience insights, messaging direction, key tactics, and performance indicators.
  • Use insights from Demandbase, sales feedback, and market data to identify engagement patterns, buying signals, and account-level priorities, then coordinate activation with sales and business development.
  • Align with demand generation and content teams to ensure messaging, creative assets, and long-form content reflect account-specific challenges and highlight solution relevance.
  • Partner with marketing operations to maintain effective ABM technology setups, data accuracy, and system integrations for tracking and measurement.
  • Track and analyze ABX program results, extracting actionable insights to refine and improve future initiatives.
  • Communicate campaign progress, strategic direction, and business impact to marketing and sales leadership teams.
  • Help advance the organization’s ABX frameworks, playbooks, and standardized practices to enable scalable growth.
