Responsibilities
- Evaluate current legal security obligations and assess alignment with implemented product security measures to detect discrepancies and potential risks.
- Interview stakeholders across legal, security, and product teams to gather insights on existing security commitments and practices.
- Construct and update a detailed framework linking product security controls to contractual terms, legal addenda, and public claims.
- Propose revisions to security-related contract provisions, including exhibits, standard terms, and fallback positions during negotiations.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and security departments to ensure public-facing security content reflects actual practices.
- Convert technical security implementations into precise, legally sound language for contracts and external documentation.
- Design and oversee a project plan with live progress updates, weekly stakeholder reports, monthly leadership summaries, and a final executive report with findings and recommendations.
- Participate in regular internal practice group meetings.
- Work with the itD practice team to contribute to industry insights and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop client success stories and educational resources such as blog posts and media content.
- Produce materials to support the Digital Transformation practice.
- Engage in virtual and in-person itD networking events.
- Collaborate with leadership on accelerated career development opportunities.
