Develop, deploy, and oversee organization-wide standards for device configuration, security policies, and compliance, including encryption and access controls
Create well-documented policies, procedures, and self-service tools for device setup, access management, and device lifecycle to reduce dependency on centralized support
Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to integrate security improvements without disrupting development speed or product release schedules
Identify potential security risks and operational inefficiencies in systems and access workflows, then implement scalable solutions that enhance protection while supporting agility
Support identity and access management systems, including single sign-on, least-privilege access, software deployment, and audit capabilities, to balance security and usability
Oversee the full lifecycle of devices—from setup and configuration to maintenance and secure disposal—while monitoring compliance and device health
Conduct regular security reviews of external platforms such as Discord and Roblox, ensuring proper permissions and safeguards are in place
Assess and propose new tools and technologies that increase security effectiveness, automation, and operational efficiency as the company grows
