Responsibilities
- Observes and tracks activity within the facility
- Conducts hourly inspections of the premises, including checking trailer temperatures, parking compliance, and gate security
- Oversees all personnel and vehicle movement entering and leaving the site
- Confirms valid parking credentials before allowing access to the facility
- Registers and tracks trailers, visitors, and vendors upon entry and exit
- Responds to incoming phone calls as necessary
- Processes shipping load billing on weekends or when required
- Adheres to and enforces established company guidelines and procedures
- Operates company vehicles when authorized and necessary
- Examines trailers for cleanliness, seal integrity, and mechanical condition upon arrival and during on-site presence
- Accepts and logs deliveries of supplies and raw materials
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
