Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for a Security Group Senior Analyst/Subject Matter Expert

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Security Group Senior Analyst/Subject Matter Expert to drive critical analysis and investigative projects supporting national security and law enforcement missions. In this senior role, you will act as a key advisor, leading impactful initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of investigative data to uncover systemic issues and revenue loss trends.
  • Support financial fraud, narcotics, and money laundering investigations through research and policy review.
  • Advise on staffing decisions, draft job descriptions, and support project cost analysis and planning.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate contractor support and documentation for large-scale programs.
  • Track and monitor project deliverables, ensuring alignment with law enforcement objectives.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams and Inspection Service stakeholders.
  • Provide input on risk mitigation, investigative protocols, and strategic planning efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 20 years of law enforcement experience managing people, programs, and national-level initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability in project planning, strategic goal-setting, and policy implementation.
  • Advanced analytical skills and expertise in identifying financial vulnerabilities and evaluating fraud-related activity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for professional and non-professional audiences.
  • Expertise in areas such as USPS revenue fraud, narcotics, mail fraud, and security program analysis.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing complex, high-impact projects with national significance.
  • Ability to originate innovative methods, assess deliverables, and recommend necessary methodology adjustments.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal residency.
  • Successful background check and drug screening.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $145,000 - $155,000 annually.
