Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-driven tools to coordinate security officer schedules, aligning with client contract requirements and reducing unbilled overtime
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise security personnel and team leads, managing payroll, performance evaluations, and workplace relations
- Act as the main client liaison, delivering reliable service to safeguard individuals and assets
- Address urgent security matters promptly and professionally, collaborating with clients and internal departments
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, oversee training programs, and manage inventory of uniforms, equipment, and supplies
