Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, following established protocols to resolve concerns with accuracy and empathy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for live support, focusing on phone-based assistance, and guide customers through real-time order replacements.
- Determine whether reported issues stem from internal errors or customer-initiated changes, ensuring each case is properly assessed and recorded upon intake.
- Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to identify printing defects, and make necessary edits or corrections to design files.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs when customers transition from general support to specialized print quality resolution.
- Log detailed technical information in Salesforce to help identify patterns and recurring problems related to printing and design.
- Accurately document and prepare replacement order requests so the processing team can fulfill them without additional review, while aligning with the Print Quality team on consistent practices.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone appropriately during live customer interactions.
- Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro for file evaluation and editing.
- Capable of critical thinking to quickly diagnose and resolve complex printing and design-related issues.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite applications.
- Able to thrive in a remote, collaborative work environment, engaging positively with team members and responding constructively to feedback.
- Available to work a schedule that includes at least one day per weekend.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom is beneficial but not required.
