Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical decision-making within the SDR team
- Work closely with Sales Development leaders to design and refine processes and procedures
- Facilitate regular team meetings to promote alignment and transparent communication
- Oversee a structured review process to maintain high performance and quality standards
- Conduct consistent one-on-one discussions and performance evaluations with Inbound SDRs
- Ensure team members receive proper training and skill development for current success and future advancement
- Deliver ongoing mentorship and constructive feedback focused on delivering an outstanding prospect experience
- Translate broad departmental objectives into actionable team and individual targets; track and report progress using performance metrics
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, including coaching, recognition, and consistent performance expectations
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and providing hiring recommendations
- Perform additional operational tasks as required, promoting collaboration across departments
