- Design and manage reliable end-to-end UI test automation with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Implement scalable test frameworks using Page Object Model and reusable design patterns.
- Ensure automated tests support parallel runs, browser isolation, and consistent integration with CI systems.
- Sustain high-quality, reusable test automation for critical business processes.
- Create and manage API test automation using Python and pytest frameworks.
- Automate validation for REST, GraphQL, and SOAP-based services.
- Develop parameterized test suites and reusable test fixtures and clients.
- Keep Postman and Newman collections updated for API smoke and contract checks.
- Integrate test suites into Jenkins-based CI/CD workflows.
- Configure and manage execution of smoke, sanity, functional, and regression test cycles.
- Track automation health and enhance execution stability over time.
- Enforce adherence to coding standards and framework guidelines across automation code.
- Build and manage WireMock stubs to simulate API and microservice behavior.
- Enable contract testing by providing reusable mock services.
- Update mock services to reflect changes in application API contracts.
- Leverage AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate development.
- Apply AI assistance for generating tests, creating fixtures, reviewing code, and analyzing coverage.
- Review and take ownership of all AI-generated code before production use.
- Detect gaps in test coverage and suggest enhancements using AI-powered workflows.
- Engage in Agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to ensure full test coverage.
- Conduct peer code reviews to uphold automation quality and best practices.
- Document test solutions and contribute to shared knowledge resources.
