Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with leaders in Pharmaceutical Development, Quality Assurance, and external supplier partners
- Assist in the daily oversight of contracted labs conducting analytical testing to ensure timely achievement of project goals
- Manage stability testing initiatives, including data handling, evaluation, and long-term trend assessment
- Detect out-of-specification and out-of-trend findings and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support root cause analysis
- Deliver expert input during the creation and validation of analytical testing methods
- Prepare analytical CMC documentation for regulatory submissions to advance current and upcoming clinical trials
- Promptly report critical risks and operational issues to senior leadership and development team heads

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $59,295.00 - $100,000.00, determined by experience, skills, and location. Additional compensation may include bonus and equity.

- The starting base pay range for this position is $59,295.00 - $100,000.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.
