Aristo Sourcing is hiring a Scientific Sales Development Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and validate new business opportunities using digital outbound strategies
  • Locate potential clients in academic institutions and biopharmaceutical companies
  • Conduct organized outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and online platforms
  • Ensure precise and up-to-date lead documentation within the CRM platform
  • Assess leads against established benchmarks prior to transferring to sales teams
  • Work hand-in-hand with account managers to advance sales pipelines in key international markets
  • Apply and refine advanced digital methods for generating high-quality leads
  • Leverage proprietary digital resources to enhance prospecting efficiency and reach
  • Oversee digital communication workflows, including follow-up tracking, performance reporting, and CRM data integrity
  • Respond to leads produced by marketing initiatives in a timely and structured manner
  • Meet set performance metrics focused on lead volume, quality, and conversion readiness
  • Develop simple digital content for social media and outreach in coordination with marketing personnel
  • Stay current on technical and product knowledge through regular training and coursework
  • Comply with all established operational guidelines and company protocols

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through targeted digital outbound prospecting
  • Research & identify prospective customers across academic & biopharma sectors
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, & other digital channels
  • Build and maintain accurate lead records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria before handover to account managers
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to support pipeline development in key global territories
  • Implement and continuously improve best-in-class digital lead-generation processes
  • Utilize in-house digital tools to prospect efficiently and at scale
  • Manage digital outreach workflows, including tracking, reporting, and CRM hygiene
  • Support marketing-led campaigns by following up on campaign-generated leads
  • Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification
  • Create basic social media and outreach content in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge through ongoing courses and in-house product training
  • Follow all Assay Genie procedures and policies
