Team
Part of the Medical Affairs team operating within a specialized therapeutic area
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain scientific dialogues with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Support the development and execution of medical strategies through expert engagement.
- Collect and relay real-world insights from the field to inform internal decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy in communications.
- Organize and lead advisory board meetings and scientific symposia.
- Provide medical input into clinical development and lifecycle management plans.
- Stay current with scientific literature and emerging data relevant to therapeutic areas.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all interactions.
- Act as a scientific resource during product launches and investigator-initiated studies.
- Monitor competitive landscape and changes in treatment guidelines.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in a medical affairs or equivalent scientific role.
- Strong understanding of clinical development and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement within the German healthcare system.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks for pharmaceutical industry interactions.
- Self-directed with strong organizational and time management abilities.
