About the Role

The position involves engaging with external scientific and medical experts to support the dissemination of clinical data, gather insights, and strengthen the scientific footprint of the organization’s portfolio in designated therapy areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and sustain scientific dialogues with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Support the development and execution of medical strategies through expert engagement.
  • Collect and relay real-world insights from the field to inform internal decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy in communications.
  • Organize and lead advisory board meetings and scientific symposia.
  • Provide medical input into clinical development and lifecycle management plans.
  • Stay current with scientific literature and emerging data relevant to therapeutic areas.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all interactions.
  • Act as a scientific resource during product launches and investigator-initiated studies.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and changes in treatment guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related scientific discipline.
  • Proven experience in a medical affairs or equivalent scientific role.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement within the German healthcare system.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks for pharmaceutical industry interactions.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational and time management abilities.
