Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to lead and support client projects focused on Compensation and Variable Pay modules. You will play a central role in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and configuring tailored solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support consulting engagements for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and map client workflows into system capabilities
- Configure and customize Compensation modules to meet client specifications
- Guide clients through implementation phases, from design to go-live and support
- Advise on process improvements and alignment with industry best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Proven expertise in German payroll systems and regulations
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation configuration
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong client-facing communication abilities
Work Environment
This role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing remote work within Germany with occasional travel to client locations when needed. You can choose to join as a permanent employee or work on a freelance basis, depending on your preference.
