p78 is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect to join our team. This role blends in-house development with consulting on leading international integration projects of varying complexity within the SuccessFactors environment for a diverse range of clients.
What You'll Do
- Work on leading (inter-)national integration projects of varying complexity within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Use technical expertise to identify customer requirements and ensure the integration of cloud solutions into diverse existing customer systems.
- Oversee integration and interface development during the implementation of SuccessFactors.
- Deepen knowledge in relevant cloud systems and latest technologies through an individual development plan and internal & external training.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial professional experience in designing HR system landscapes and IT architectures.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful project phases.
- Good communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and value collegiality.
- No issues working on-site at the client for a few days per month within consulting projects.
- Good English language skills.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, BTP, and ABAP (OO).
