Responsibilities
- Design and implement workflow components in SAP SPM environments
- Develop custom integrations between SAP SPM and related systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing workflows
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical workflow designs
- Maintain and optimize existing workflow processes
- Ensure workflows comply with security and governance standards
- Support testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance phases
- Document technical specifications and solution designs
- Participate in agile development cycles and team stand-ups
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Assist in version upgrades and system patches
- Work with global teams across different time zones
- Follow defined software development lifecycle practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow or Business Workflow
