As an SAP Senior Consultant focused on Logistics (SD/MM/WM), you will lead functional and technical design efforts in SAP transformation projects across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. Your responsibilities span the full project lifecycle—from feasibility assessments and requirements analysis to system configuration, testing, go-live support, and ongoing production assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process and system design for Sales & Distribution, Material Management, and Warehouse Management modules in SAP environments.
- Conduct high-level workshops to evaluate S/4HANA readiness and guide clients through strategic decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of implementations, including solution design, data migration, user training, and hypercare support.
- Provide production support, resolve support tickets, and implement process enhancements through Application Management Services.
- Collaborate on pre-sales activities, contributing expertise to proposals and client discussions in the region.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, and WM modules, ideally in Japanese market implementations.
- Proven track record in S/4HANA projects, particularly in logistics and supply chain domains.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory) and WM/EWM, including data migration and integration scenarios.
- Fluency in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of supply chain workflows, inventory processes, and cross-module integration points within SAP.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead teams and communicate complex solutions clearly.
