Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability for the progress and stability of an active SAP optimization effort.
- Collaborate directly with SAP technical units, business representatives, and the lead SAP Architect located in Poland.
- Convert intricate SAP technical concepts into understandable business implications to support decision-making.
- Facilitate conversations on data retention strategies and balance system performance with data accessibility.
- Assess team capabilities, recognize areas lacking expertise, and recommend hiring or upskilling needs.
- Maintain synchronization between project activities and core business functions to reduce operational interference.
- Promote improved efficiency, organization, and procedural standards within the SAP delivery unit.
