Responsibilities
- Analyze how software applications enable business operations and use this understanding to address specific business challenges.
- Configure SAP ERP system settings to resolve issues, deploy improvements, and test new features.
- Develop effective, high-quality solutions that fulfill business needs.
- Collaborate with process owners to improve workflows using updated or new application capabilities.
- Record functional specifications for systems and operational processes.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes and upgrades function as intended.
- Provide training and documentation to enable customer self-support.
- Assess customer requirements and determine suitable actions.
- Create and document test strategies including unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
