Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend resolutions
- Ensure alignment of SAP systems with client business processes
- Support testing, data migration, and system validation activities
- Develop technical documentation and system configuration guides
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building
- Drive continuous improvement in SAP delivery methodologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including security and infrastructure
- Assess client environments for SAP readiness and optimization opportunities
- Deliver post-implementation support and system enhancements
- Stay current with SAP product updates and industry trends
- Participate in pre-sales activities and solution scoping
- Present technical findings and recommendations to client leadership
