Responsibilities
- Act as the in-house expert on SAP S/4 HANA functionality, focusing on FI/CO, TR, and MM modules.
- Guide the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
- Advise finance teams (AP, AR, GL, Tax, Treasury) on SAP best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes using SAP functionalities.
- Align SAP functionality with business requirements by working closely with Finance, IT, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting SAP S/4 HANA issues and ensuring resolution.
- Assist with change management, helping finance teams transition from legacy systems to SAP.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on new SAP enhancements and propose system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles with direct involvement in SAP implementation projects.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in FI, CO, TR.
- Familiarity with MM integration points.
- Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on long-term process improvements.
- Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive organizational change.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech or Payment Industry environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for finance transformation projects.
- Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
