Join a newly formed team as a Full Stack Developer specializing in SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris). In this remote role, you'll play a key part in designing and delivering end-to-end e-commerce solutions, working across both front-end and back-end systems to enhance functionality and performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain front-end features using Spartacus Composable Storefront, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Build and extend back-end services in Java with Spring frameworks, focusing on commerce extensions, OCC, and secure API integrations
- Review technical design documents and contribute to architectural decisions
- Implement code enhancements based on project requirements and business needs
- Diagnose and resolve defects in both ongoing support and project-based work
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards across the codebase
- Manage integrations with customer data, product catalogs, pricing engines, and CMS platforms
- Support deployment processes aligned with agile sprints and release cycles
- Monitor system behavior, identify issues, and collaborate on solutions
- Share technical knowledge and mentor team members and external partners
- Stay current with evolving e-commerce technologies and front-end development practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack application development, particularly for large-scale UX platforms
- At least 2 years working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), ideally from version 2005 onward
- Proven experience with Spartacus Composable Storefront
- Strong skills in Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, npm, and responsive web development
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring MVC, Spring Security, JDBC, and Web Services
- Familiarity with backoffice and Smartedit customization
- Knowledge of OCC with OAuth implementation
- Experience with REST and OData APIs, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and CSS
- Working knowledge of Groovy scripting and integration tools like Postman or JMeter
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Kibana and Dynatrace
- Experience using JRebel for rapid development cycles
