As a SAP B1 Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in advancing SAP Business One implementations across global operations. Based in Pune, you will work closely with central IT teams and process owners to deliver technical solutions that align with enterprise-wide strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in technical delivery for global SAP Business One initiatives, including major programs such as PACE and GRIP21
- Address and resolve Assyst support tickets within defined service level agreements
- Translate functional designs into technical outcomes in coordination with process teams
- Provide technical oversight and coordination for external partner teams
- Engage with business users to implement new features and system improvements
- Identify and propose innovations in tools and technologies to enhance system efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration across SAP Business One modules and maintain post-go-live support processes
Qualifications and Skills
You bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One technical consulting, with a solid foundation in system configuration, process mapping, and technical support. Proficiency in MS SQL and HANA databases, SQL and HANA queries, Crystal Reports, and add-on development using C# .Net and B1UP is essential. Familiarity with B1if, service layer, HANA reporting, and Python is advantageous.
Strong analytical abilities, understanding of business workflows, and experience in translating user needs into technical solutions are critical. You are comfortable working in a global environment, collaborating across time zones and organizational boundaries.
