Responsibilities
- Oversee worker activities related to facility sanitation.
- Ensure sanitation tasks are performed accurately and on schedule.
- Keep detailed records of employee hours and attendance.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment during the sanitation shift.
- Perform supervisory duties in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Train team members, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and handle disciplinary actions and employee concerns.
- Serve as the main contact between the facility and USDA on sanitation matters.
- Coordinate with chemical suppliers to support sanitation operations.
- Enforce adherence to company and regulatory cleaning protocols by all sanitation staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and track usage of sanitation supplies.
- Oversee budget management for sanitation operations.
