Responsibilities
- Support the operation and oversight of Brocade SAN switches to maintain consistent and dependable performance.
- Deliver direct technical support for block storage solutions such as IBM FS9500, DELL Datadomain, DELL ECS, DELL Powerscale, and DELL Unity.
- Help manage replication technologies to ensure data remains accessible and protected.
- Participate in enhancing storage infrastructure using NFS, iSCSI, and NVMe protocols.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Shell, Python, or Ansible to increase operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and assist in resolving technical problems within SAN environments.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to support integration of infrastructure components.
- Record configurations, processes, and recurring incidents to support team-wide knowledge sharing.
