About the Role

The individual will manage clinical samples throughout the study lifecycle, coordinating logistics, documentation, and compliance with protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end sample workflows from collection to final disposition
  • Ensure accurate sample tracking using designated systems
  • Support sample kit preparation and distribution
  • Verify sample receipt and storage conditions at labs
  • Assist in resolving sample-related discrepancies
  • Maintain sample management documentation
  • Collaborate with labs and couriers for timely transport
  • Monitor sample compliance across study sites
  • Support sample accountability audits
  • Communicate sample status updates to stakeholders
  • Follow standard operating procedures for sample handling
  • Assist in sample inventory reconciliation
  • Report sample deviations according to protocol
  • Support training for site staff on sample procedures
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for sample storage and shipping
  • Participate in sample management process improvements
  • Coordinate with central labs for testing schedules
  • Track sample return timelines and follow up as needed
  • Maintain data integrity in sample databases
  • Support temperature monitoring for sample shipments
  • Assist in sample destruction documentation
  • Respond to sample-related queries from sites
  • Ensure proper labeling and packaging per guidelines
  • Support cross-functional teams in sample planning
  • Adhere to project-specific sample management plans
