Responsibilities
- Design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Lead technical decision-making across complex integrations
- Ensure system architecture supports scalability and performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements
- Guide implementation of secure and maintainable code
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Support deployment processes and release management
- Mentor developers on best practices and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues
- Participate in architectural reviews and system audits
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs
- Develop reusable components and frameworks
- Maintain documentation for system designs and decisions
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices in Salesforce development
- Optimize performance of existing Salesforce instances
- Align technical strategy with business objectives
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new features
- Enforce coding standards across development teams
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure platform integrity
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline
- Additional Salesforce certifications beyond CTA
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments
- Background in financial services or insurance domains
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards
- Leadership experience in global technical teams
- Public speaking or conference presentation history
- Open source contributions related to Salesforce
- Experience with AI or machine learning integrations
- Knowledge of low-code platform governance
